By entering the Hawaii IPTV Hawaiian Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Must be a Legal US citizen to qualify. Void where prohibited. 

Employees and immediate family members of employees of Hawaiian Airlines and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, and their advertising and production agencies (collectively, the “Sponsors”) are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2008 and ends on September 30, 2008 and involves different entry methods as described below. You must be a HawaiianMiles member to enter the Sweepstakes. If you are not a HawaiianMiles member, you can enroll by (i) visiting www.HawaiianAirlines.com, or (ii) calling 1-800-367-5320. Enrollment in the HawaiianMiles program is free and you may cancel your HawaiianMiles membership at any time. HawaiianMiles Corporate, Charities, Employee and Partner account numbers are not eligible to participate and may not be used to enter the Sweepstakes.

To enter the Sweepstakes for a chance to win, simply purchase Hawaii IPTV at TVFromHawaii.com. Be sure to enter your HawaiianMiles number and designated promo code at time of purchase. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each eligible transaction that is associated with your HawaiianMiles number. To constitute an eligible transaction, your purchase must be made at TVFromHawaii.com during the Sweepstakes Period and you must enter your HawaiianMiles number during the online purchase process and use the designated promo code. To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, Customers can enter by mailing in one 3”x 5” hand written card to

Card must contain your name, 9-digit HawaiianMiles number, mailing address, phone number, and email address with “Hawaii IPTV Sweepstakes” written at the top of the card. Only one entry card allowed per per HawaiianMiles number allowed person.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded by random drawing at the end of the promotion. The Grand Prize is a roundtrip for 2 from any West Coast destination to which Hawaiian Airlines services directly to Honolulu, Oahu. Trips are awarded in the form of 70k Hawaiian Miles. Winners must be Hawaiian Miles members in good standing to qualify for prize redemption. Award redemptions are based on availability with coach roundtrip awards for two starting at 70k HawaiianMiles. Additional miles may be required if the Saver Award is not available for the roundtrip. Winner may either purchase additional HawaiianMiles or use existing miles from their HawaiianMiles account. Winners will be solely responsible for any and all local, state and federal taxes and incidental expenses incurred by his/her/their participation in the promotion.

Grand Prize may not be exchanged for cash. No substitution of Grand Prize permitted. Winners may not sell or transfer the Grand Prize.

Winner agrees to the use of his/her name and likeness, without any additional compensation, by sponsors for publicity. By entering this promotion, the winner acknowledges that all sponsors and venues have the right to publicize his/her name, voice, and likeness, the fact that he/she/they won, and all matters incidental thereto. As a condition to delivery of prize, winner will sign a release allowing sponsors to include winner’s names, photographs, recordings, etc. in any subsequent promotions, news releases or advertisements.

Upon acceptance of the prize, winner releases sponsors from any and all liability for injury or damage to property regarding the prize(s).

Driver’s license or other appropriate picture identification is required to claim the prize. Only the prize winner may claim the prize. No proxies permitted. Prior to delivery of the prize, winner is required to execute a Release and Affidavit of Eligibility that must be received by the Sponsor within ten (10) days from winner’s receipt of the Release and Affidavit of Eligibility form.

Qualifying Contestants will be selected randomly between the dates of 8/1/08 and 9/30/08 from all eligible entries received by the judge(s), whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of qualifying/winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Qualifying Contestants will be notified by phone, email or mail. If a Qualifying Contestant cannot be reached by email or at the phone number provided on the entry form and/or does not respond to the Sponsor within seven (7) days from Sponsor’s first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, an alternate Qualifying Contestant will be selected by random drawing.
